Why do I put extra effort into helping leaders in new roles?

It is because I have been there multiple times! Over the past 30 years, I have moved 11 times across the U.S. and globally. Each time that included starting a new job or expanding my business. I know how exhilarating it is to take on the next leadership challenge in a new city or country. I ALSO  know how exhausting, frustrating, and overwhelming it can be, especially when you are doing it without enough proper support. That is why this work is personal to me.

How We Work Together


EXECUTIVE AND LEADERSHIP coaching programs are customized based upon your priorities and timing

Individual Coaching Programs include personalized coaching to address real-time challenges while advancing longer-term objectives and development to keep you, your team and your business on track during the year.

Sessions are conducted by phone, video, or in-person at my Hood River, OR office. You have the flexibility to schedule your sessions as frequently as you want or over a more extended period. Most clients prefer weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

  • Orientation – We discuss your immediate needs and longer-term objectives. It is a chance to prioritize your goals and determine how to get the most out of the program.

  • Integrated Coaching and Business Consulting – Sessions will include leadership coaching and business/HR consulting expertise to help you address issues in real-time and achieve your longer-term vision. You will also learn new models and frameworks to help you lead from a higher perspective.

  • Assessments – Individual, team, and business assessments are available as needed to provide insight into critical areas.

Accelerate the development of LEADERS ON YOUR team

Developmental Coaching Programs (6-months) are also available for one or more members of your leadership team. Each participant receives six months of private coaching sessions tailored to their targeted development areas and strengths. These areas are determined based on a certified leadership assessment instrument or confidential interviews with key team members.

A focused 6-month program is ideal for new leaders, experienced leaders moving into new roles, or experienced leaders ready to accelerate their leadership impact.
